Recruitment Procedure

We do not relay on agent. This is aimed at providing neat and hassle free service to employment seekers based on the country’s labour Act. In the beginning, We mobilize our own official network and regional desks for sourcing. People apply directly at our office and also drop their applications through e-mail services. We personally reply them the development about their process.

Basically, we select man power through trade taste (skilled test all skilled manpower) and other techniques. If special manpower with specific experience is needed, we use our official network located in different districts. We also apply headhunting technique for specialized and professional manpower. Headhunting does not limit only in the domestic market but world wide for supplying the need of highly professional manpower. We supply manpower only to those countries opened for foreign employment by the government of Nepal.

Note

We provide every worker a cap and a T-shirt with logo of CODE Iinternational Services when they fly abroad. This helps the receiving company to identify their workers at the concerned airport.
