Our Commitment

Our dedicated team of well-educated and highly experienced professionals is at the heart of our success. We prioritize professionalism and quality service. Unlike many recruitment firms, we approach each client’s requirements individually, ensuring the most suitable candidates are matched with their organizations.

Setting a New Standard

In a landscape with approximately 900 international recruitment companies (as per 2011 statistics) in Nepal, we recognize the challenges that have tarnished the industry’s reputation, including inconsistency, a lack of professionalism, and inadequate channels for workforce supply. This realization drives us to set a new standard.

Required Documents and Legal Expenditure

Here are the details regarding the required documents and legal expenditure for completing recruitment formalities, along with associated costs:

Attestation Requirements:

  • Documents S. No. 1, 2, and 3 (Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, and Recruitment Agreement) should be attested by:
    • Chamber of Commerce
    • Nepal Embassy

These documents collectively form the foundation of the recruitment process, ensuring clarity, legality, and transparency in the employment of foreign workers. They are essential for obtaining the necessary permissions and approvals from relevant authorities in the labor recruitment process.

Demand Letter

A demand letter is a formal document issued by the employer or recruiting agency to request the recruitment of foreign workers for specific job positions. It typically includes details such as the number and types of workers needed, job descriptions, salary and benefits information, and other terms and conditions of employment. The demand letter serves as the basis for the recruitment process and helps ensure that both the employer and the recruited workers have a clear understanding of the job requirements.

Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is a legal document that grants authority to an individual or entity (the attorney-in-fact) to act on behalf of another party (the principal) in legal and financial matters. In the context of recruitment, a power of attorney may be used to authorize a representative or agency to carry out recruitment and employment-related activities on behalf of the employer. It allows the designated party to sign contracts, make decisions, and represent the employer’s interests in the recruitment process.

Recruitment Agreement

A recruitment agreement is a formal contract between the employer and the recruitment agency or representative. This document outlines the terms and conditions of the recruitment process, including responsibilities, obligations, fees, and any other relevant details. It helps ensure that both parties are aware of their roles and expectations throughout the recruitment process. The recruitment agreement may also specify the fees and charges associated with the recruitment services.

Guarantee Letter

A guarantee letter is a written commitment provided by the employer or recruiting agency to assure compliance with legal requirements and obligations related to the recruitment and employment of foreign workers. It may include guarantees regarding the payment of wages, adherence to labor laws, and other conditions of employment. The guarantee letter is often required by government authorities to ensure the protection and welfare of recruited workers.

Employment Agreement (Sample Copy Only)

The employment agreement, although mentioned as a sample copy only, is a critical document that outlines the terms and conditions of employment for recruited workers. It includes details such as job roles, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, working hours, leave policies, and termination procedures. While a sample copy may be provided initially, the final employment agreements will be prepared and signed individually by each recruited worker, specifying their unique employment terms.
